Every year I swear to myself that I will lose 50 lbs by the next year and every year I lose about 20 lbs. and then just stop dieting. What is wrong with me? I mean really, I should have it figured out by now.
There is like this mental roadblock but I don't know what it is. I hate to do soul searching just for the sake of a diet but it's annoying already. ugh.

I need to lose 25 and I always get to 10 and quit! What is up with that? I have been doing good for a week now, I hope I can keep this up!
